Quirky contemporary design brand Undergrowth Design has created the perfect way to tell an absent loved one that you miss them…

The new Peek-a-Boo Collection was designed to evoke feelings of separation and good wishes and features a gorgeous unique teacup and saucer – available in Black or Gold – with two dolls on each side peeking round the corner at each other, while the graphics on the saucer depict the two sides of a mountain.

These extraordinary pieces represent the feeling that a loved one may be out of sight, but that they are never out of mind and that nice thoughts can be sent to each other like butterflies in the wind.

Inspired by the obscure and uncanny in life Tina Tsang, the designer behind Undergrowth Design, aims to breathe life into everyday objects. Her design intention is to enthrall the user and give a sense of other worldliness to everyday life.

New Laduree Candles Available in The Boutique

Spring is definitely in the air in The Boutique at La Maison Couture, with the arrival of some fabulous pieces from the delectable Laduree.

Inspired by the fresh and verdant wonders of a vegetable garden, Laduree has created a basket of Petits Légumes fresh from Le Jardin Laduree. This gorgeous trio of perfumed candles are a delightful tribute to the kitchen garden and would make a perfect garden party gift.

Keeping with the springtime feeling, the utterly delightful Mimosa fragranced candle has now arrived in our Boutique. This chic candle was inspired by soft and delicate scents of Mimosa carried by the wind in the first Spring sun.

We are also very excited to be able to offer Laduree’s beautiful Perfumed Candle Cloche, the perfect accompaniment to an exquisite Laduree perfumed candle. Beautifully presented in a fabulous Laduree box, this gorgeous cloche is crafted in a chic white biscuit ceramic.

Spoil your Mother on her special day this year and treat her to a wonderfully sentimental piece from Azza Fahmy’s stunning Mother’s Day Collection.

The pieces in this gorgeous collection bear calligraphy and inscriptions designed to convey our special feelings of love and gratitude to one of the most special women in our lives. Featuring excerpts of poetry from the Lebanese-American artist, poet and writer Khalil Gibran the collection includes some exquisitely eye-catching ethnic-chic jewellery which has been beautifully crafted in 18 carat gold and sterling silver.

Contrary to popular belief, Mother’s Day was not conceived and fine-tuned in the boardroom of Hallmark Cards, rather, throughout history, motherhood has always been celebrated. Tsumori Chisato Celebrates Laduree’s 150th Anniversary

There is nothing quite like the little piece of sweet heaven that is a Laduree macaroon, so we were very excited to learn that to help celebrate it’s 150th anniversary, Laduree has teamed up with the Japanese fashion designer Tsumori Chisato to create a new exclusive blend around the emblematic theme of the cherry blossom.

Laduree chef Vincent Lemains has created an exquisite pink macaroon, which features a light, smooth cream with the subtle flavour of cherry blossom. These gorgeous macaroons come in a limited-series gift-box accentuated with exclusive decoration by Tsumori Chisato.

La Maison Couture is also delighted to announce that for the first time, a limited edition Laduree Signature perfumed candle and a macaroon flavour will be combined to create an absolute, enveloping atmosphere designed to feed all the senses simultaneously.
