Since it’s launch in 2008, Cocomaya has wowed it’s customers with a vibrant array of artisan luxury chocolates. The company is the brainchild of three of London’s key fashion and lifestyle player’s, Walid Al Damirji, Joel Bernstein ex Head of Concept at Liberty and Gail Mejia, the founder of Baker & Spice, the boutique-style food retailer. Why did they start the chocolate boutique? “Simply because we love chocolate.” They said. “And also we were a little bit fed up with the competitive fashion world. But a chocolate is something happy and positive. Everyone smiles when you offer chocolates.”
