We are delighted to introduce the exquisite Marta collection of hand-blown murano glass sets from Bib & Sola in The Boutique at La Maison Couture.

Bib & Sola, derived from the Latin meaning “drink” and “comfort” is the creative vision of contemporary lifestyle designer Kira Heuer. Inspired by the effortless composure of women water bearers throughout the world, and unsettled by the suffering and devastation caused through lack of clean drinking water, Kira set about creating a reusable alternative to excessively wasteful plastic water bottles.

Working with local artisans in Venice, Kira produced  this exquisite collection of Murano glass Drinking Carafes and Tumbler sets. From the sale of these pieces, a percentage of the profits goes directly to The One Foundation to help the development of pump water systems in Africa.

Available in eight colours, the carafes are available as ‘Intimate sets’, (with Carafe and single drinking glass), or ‘Social Sets’ (with Carafe and set of six tumblers).
