Founded by Ferdinando Baratti and Eduardo Milano in 1858, master chocolatier Baratti e Milano operates in its famously elegant patisserie in the landmark Piazza Castello in Turin. They produce fancy delicacies and are very well known for their Gianduja – a local speciality where cocoa and Langhe hazelnuts are finely blended to form a delicate, melting treat.
