Founded by Karen Ruimy in 2016, Kalmar is a London-based resortwear brand, with a focus on ready-to-wear and beauty.

Created around the values of wellbeing and self-care, Kalmar ready-to-wear is designed to empower the woman who wears it.  These are designs that elevate, but never overwhelm; the Kalmar woman understands that the biggest luxury is to feel confident in herself.  Kalmar jewellery, designed for Kalmar by Sian Evans captures the bohemian glamour of Marrakech in the 1970’s – a nod to Karen’s Moroccan heritage.

The Kalmar jewellery collection is created using recycled and recyclable materials, metals and stones. Fine Jewellery designer Sian Evans likes to know where her materials have come from, and only works with trusted suppliers and makers that are local and can help maintain the high standards of the brand.
