Born in Istanbul, Turkey, and now based in New York, Selin Kent launched her eponymous jewellery brand in 2013.

After working in market research for two to three years, Selin Kent began taking classes in jewellery fabrication, leading to a two year course at FIT, before she would ultimately launch her own brand. Defined by architectural structures and minimalistic, geometric shapes, Selin Kent’s designs balance elegance with a playful sensibility. Her collections consist of understated, and sophisticated yet bold and striking modern staples which redefine casual luxury.

Designed for women, by a woman, Selin Kent’s pieces are an homage to the strength of the female spirit, and are each inspired by real heroines or fictional characters – powerful and talented women. Indeed, her jewellery has even been worn by such talented women as Angelina Jolie, Emma Watson and Jennifer Lawrence.
