India uses SMO and recycled gold, working hard to source ethical gemstones, and all the time striving to make her Harrogate workshop more sustainable. “I’m inspired by bold and beautiful gemstones, my focus when designing a piece of jewellery are the gemstones. I believe the most beautiful gemstones are not necessarily the finest. I get incredibly excited by the sparkle and magic of gemstones. I personally select each one for its colour, cut, the shimmer, how they hold the light and how they compliment each other.”
